Founder and Managing Director

Dora is a German-Hungarian Economist and accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice. With over 30 years of international leadership experience, she creates understanding across cultures, hierarchies, and interests.

As a certified alumna of Harvard Law School Mediation Intensive (2025) and trained at the Mediationsakademie Berlin (2011), she brings unique experience and expertise to Mediation in Europe.

Her work is defined by calm authority, resilience, and integrity – qualities that make her a trusted choice for C-level and cross-border business mediation.

Ferenc has Bsc. in Business Informatics. As a Director of Engineering, he built and led multi-team organizations, defined strategy, and developed leaders driving sustainable performance.
